TOPIC: Workplace Vaccination Policies Update
As COVID-19 vaccination policies are being developed in workplaces across the country, Keith LaBossiere, CEO & Managing Partner of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP will discuss the developing legal considerations and potential implications in the workplace. Should your organization have a policy for testing and vaccination? What are an employer’s rights and obligations in this regard? While this is still a rapidly developing area of law, Keith will reference decisions coming out of other jurisdictions and possible approaches employers can consider (or should avoid), based on the information currently available. This session will be interactive and questions will be encouraged.
