Synopsis
The "billable hour" is problematic, but what's the alternative? The Everyone Legal Clinic (ELC) offers flat-fee unbundled legal services provided by articled students, and has learned some lessons over the past few years. Join Erin Monahan and Matt Canzer to hear about what has worked well for ELC, what needs adjusting, and how you too can develop a menu of clearly packaged, fairly priced, flat fee legal services.
