Synopsis
This session highlights legal and policy responses to the toxic drug crisis and the decision of the British Columbia government to reinstitute criminalization of illegal drugs with narrow exceptions for private residences and designated medical clinics.
DJ Larkin, Stephanie Dickson and Tim Dickson, address the need for transformative and compassionate approaches to drug policy that center those with lived experience and grassroots organizations.
