Synopsis

Real estate lawyers are often brought into a transaction to prepare an offer to purchase and/or perform due diligence on a property, and sometimes, they are only brought in to close the transaction without any lead up. Have you ever wondered what processess and strategies take place behind the scenes from a developer's perspective when they are thinking about acquiring a site for redevelopment?

With her in-depth knowledge and experience in acquisitions, Winnie NG shares from a developer's perspective, a general overview of the acquisitions process including deal sourcing, feasibility analysis, deal structuring, due diligence, and property handoff. Understanding these concepts from a developer's perspective will supplement your legal practice and assist your clients in achieving their business goals.
