Synopsis
 

David Giroday, Lindsay Nilsson, and Heidi Boudreau, summarize key municipal law cases from 2024 including St. John’s (City) v. Lynch, 2024 SCC 17, Ironclad Developments Inc. v West Kelowna (City), 2024 BCSC 1285, and Anderson v. Strathcona Regional District, 2021 BCSC 1800, Campbell River Docket S15097.
