The immigration landscape is evolving fast—stay ahead with key updates from top experts at Heron Law and Coal Harbour Law. Dr. Hamidreza Siavashpour breaks down intracompany transferees, while Laura Schemitsch covers the new rural pilot program and upcoming Express Entry CRS changes. Jennie McCahill unpacks new spousal work permit rules and the end of flagpoling, and Brian Yuen moderates the panel and shares the latest updates to the caregiver program that opened (and subsequently filled up) on March 31.
