Melissa VanderHouwen and Alon Mizrahi lead a panel discussion on practical strategies and tips for effectively litigating human rights disputes. Melissa, an expert in representing complainants, and Alon Mizrahi, renowned for his work on the respondent side, share their unique perspectives and experiences to provide valuable insights on navigating the complexities of human rights litigation in British Columbia.
