Synopsis
Beatriz Contreras and Katherine LeReverend discuss the procedures that need to be engaged when seeking records from the Director of Child, Family and Community Service (the Director) or the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Learn tips on achieving success in having the Director or MCFD take no position on your requests for disclosure of these records, and what to do when you find yourself in a bind for time.
