Synopsis
Rebeka Breder covers the law surrounding municipal bylaw charges involving alleged "aggressive" dogs. What does a "vicious dog" designation mean, and is it possible to appeal this? Rebeka also delves into dogs on "death row" and how to defend some of those cases, including the first case she was recently involved in bringing a Charter challenge for a dog that was wrongfully seized and the civil liability in relation to dog bites.
