Synopsis

As Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) technologies – such as autonomous aerial vehicles, electric/hydrogen vertical-takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and urban air systems – accelerate towards commercial reality in both Canada and the United States, the legal profession is at a critical inflection point. Katherine Ayre discusses how AAM impacts healthcare, agriculture, mining, construction & infrastructure, environmental law, municipal planning and real estate.
