Synopsis
Join a discussion on Minutes of Settlement arising from mediation of family and estate matters. Tara R. Britnell, KC and Patricia Blair review the mechanics and the content of Minutes, as well what to do when things go wrong with implementation. They also discuss the impact of virtual mediation on creating, reviewing and executing Minutes.
