Synopsis

Johanna Goosen, Emily Lapper, and Aubin Calvert, counsel for several different interveners in Auer v. Auer, 2024 SCC 36, who discuss the impact of the decision for judicial reviews of subordinate legislation and the remaining issues that the decision leaves open.
