About Scott Oliver
Scott Oliver is the Practice Advisor Director for LEAP Canada. He ensures that every client receives the highest quality of service following their initial implementation with LEAP. This includes helping firms become better acclimated with their new workflows and processes, establishing new best practices, and ensuring their needs are met from every element of an account management perspective.
Prior to joining LEAP, Scott worked in the legal tech industry where he implemented legal software to law firms across Canada. He combines his finance background with his natural affinity for technology to provide LEAP clients and consultants the necessary tools to be successful. Scott is a Graduate of Wilfrid Laurier's Lazaridis School of Business and Economics.
About Dylan Connolly
Dylan Connolly is Business Development Manager for LEAP in Western Canada. Based in Vancouver, Dylan has met with over one hundred law firms that have a common goal—to make their practice more efficient. From technical demonstrations to system evaluations and legal trends, Dylan applies his entrepreneurial mindset to the challenges that solo and small firms often face.
Back in Ireland, Dylan graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance but during which time, discovered his true passion was working directly with people. Before LEAP, Dylan worked in the UI Test Automation industry with accounts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. LEAP clients appreciate his approachable personality and transparency for sharing information.
About David M. Brown
David M. Brown is an accomplished lawyer who has dedicated his career to championing the rights and interests of both employees and employers. As a co-founder of Ascent Employment Law in 2020, he has been instrumental in establishing the firm as a trailblazer in the field.
David's practice is exclusively focused on labor and employment law, giving him a nuanced and comprehensive understanding of the complexities and challenges within this legal landscape.
