Synopsis
There are myriads of compensation structures in the legal job market and compensation structures is perhaps one of the more common issues floating in the minds of small firm employee-lawyers and small firm employer-lawyers alike as they navigate their careers and businesses respectively. Our speakers Dave Namkung, Smith Legal Search and Dimple Kainth, Satya Law will share their knowledge and experience and shed light on some of the compensation structures that are out in the market.
