Synopsis
Preetkamal Brar and Jennifer Neville shed light on housing issues faced by older adults in British Columbia. Preetkamal discusses rental housing including an overview of eviction laws, residential tenancy hearings, and current issues. Jennifer reviews common strata issues, including age-restricted buildings and accessibility concerns.
