Synopsis
Interim Transitional Release Plan (ITRP) has been relaunched at the Vancouver Island Regional Correctional Centre and the model has changed.
Diana Cramer discusses what the program entails and opens the discussion to release planning with both crown and defence. Paul Hindle talks about the three lines of services offered by Unlocking the Gates (UTG): Bail and Jail Release Support, Peer Outreach, and Test, Link, Call (TLC) project..
