Synopsis
We are at the early stages of the generative AI adoption process for many organizations, and while many are now accepting that they must change and embrace the opportunities that AI presents, they are also rightly concerned with the risks, costs and capabilities required to do so.
Stephen Burns provides a review of AI adoption from a practical, risk and legal perspective, focusing on the frameworks and strategies required to lead successful AI adoption within the organization, the risks to be mitigated and the questions to ask of the business, technical teams, and service providers.
