Synopsis
Timothy Outerbridge, Malcolm Funt, and Tom Posyniak discuss hot topics in chambers practice. They provide practical insights for various common chambers applications, including leave to appeal, stays of proceedings, and security for costs. They also explain how the new Rules can be leveraged by counsel to facilitate early dismissal of appeals.
