Synopsis
Reframing is a powerful and constructive communication skill and an alternate appraisal of a perception. It is restating a negative statement from the past to a positive statement for the future. The goal is to uncover the unmet need.
This session will focus on skill development for reframing negative positions to positive interests. There will be a brief lecturette, skill demonstration, and small break out group practice with coaches.
Territorial Acknowledgement
This event will be broadcast from the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish and Musqueam First Nations.
