SYNOPSIS

This webinar is a part 3 of the CBABC Truth & Reconciliation Series.

As Indigenous economic activity grows, it is vital to learn how to build strong and good business relationships with Indigenous clients and communities. This session explores how to identify and understand the governance structure that applies to the Indigenous community you are working with, including how to work effectively with Bands, Band Councils and Hereditary Chiefs. Through a case study approach, panelists talk about different decision-making processes and share practice advice and strategies so that you can build strong business relationships with Indigenous communities.
