About Paula Price
Paula Price is a lawyer and certified executive coach. Paula formerly practiced in litigation at a national firm and has first hand experience in a busy practice. She also has experience working from home during the pandemic with two school-aged children, a husband and a much-neglected "home school" curriculum, all under one roof. In Paula's coaching practice, she works with lawyers and other professionals, helping them sort through layers of competing aspirations to identify priorities and take results-focused action. She's also keen about using technology to connect people and ideas, and strongly believes that social distancing doesn't need to mean social disconnection.
About Miriam Leung

About Anita Fung
Anita is a lawyer, a patent agent in training and a trademark agent in training. She completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology and minor in Business, at the University of Alberta. She obtained her law degree in 2017 from Thompson Rivers University and joined the firm as an articled student in 2018. She was called to the BC Bar in 2019.
Prior to joining the firm, Anita had assisted universities in negotiating various research and IP contracts. Since joining the firm, Anita has assisted in the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications in various areas of technology. She has drafted various IP agreements, including: trademark licensing agreements; non-disclosure agreements; assignment agreements; sponsorship agreements; and subscription agreements. She has also assisted in the prosecution of trademark and industrial design applications and in trademark and copyright litigation matters.
About Sara Forte
Sara Forte is an employment lawyer, and has practiced exclusively in the areas of employment/labour law, and workplace human rights since 2004. Solving work-related legal problems is one of the things she does best, from hiring to firing, and everything in between.
Sara grew up in Langley, BC. After attending law school in Ontario and working and living in Vancouver for a few years, her valley girl roots brought her back home to South Surrey to raise her own young family. She kept working in Vancouver, and spent many hours on the 351 bus and Canada Line. After 12 years of working for leading firms in Vancouver, in November 2016, she took the leap to open her own firm near her home, in Surrey.
