Wills Variation, Validation and Rectification in AB, BC and ON
Presented by the CBA Alberta Wills & Trusts South Section
Some might say "done is better than perfect, because perfect never gets done", but is this true in the estate planning world? The answer to that might depend on which province you live in. Join us as we review variation, validation and rectification cases of wills that were not perfectly planned or executed, leaving estates with invalid wills, more beneficiaries than intended, unequal treatment of adult children, bequests of property owned by a corporation, and so on.
