Psychological workplace injury claims are on the rise in Alberta and resulting in a new frontier of compensable workplace injuries that employers and employees must learn to navigate. Megan Schaub, a Senior Lawer with WCB Alberta and Gina Savoie, a Manager specializing in psychological claims with WCB Alberta will be providing insight about how to traverse this category of workplace injury claims and the material issues both employers and employees (and their counsel) should be considering along the way.
