“Care First Insurance: Where We’re At”? 

Presented by the CBA Alberta Insurance Law South Section

Mr. Atnikov will give us a general update on the current scheme, as well as what we expect to be coming down the pipe. If there is any further government announcement prior to May 15, he will share ideas of how restricted tort claims will be under the new system. If this new legislation doesn’t come through in time for the presentation, he will discuss we are at and what we are expecting.
