Overlapping Policies

Overlapping Policies 101: An introduction to Wrap Up Policies, Course of Construction Policies/Builder’s Risk Policies, and CGLs.  This is an introductory discussion of what these policies are, what they are intended to cover, and a discussion of how to determine which policy is primary.   If you are new to this area of law, or looking for a refresher, this presentation is meant to assist practitioners in understanding purpose, and benefits of one type of policy vs. another.
