Bailey Rivard has been accepted as a financial expert by the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and private arbitrations of family law matters. Her expertise is often sought with respect to Guideline Income determinations, business valuations, and other family property disputes including exemption tracing, dissipation analysis, and allegations of hidden assets. She will be sharing some helpful information and tips to assist counsel in effectively using financial experts in family law matters based on her experience.
