ALRI's Final Recommendations for the Creation, Alteration and Revocation of Electronic Wills

The Alberta Law Reform Institute has recently published two final reports about electronic wills. Specifically, ALRI recommends that electronic wills should be expressly permitted in Alberta and suggests rules govern their creation, alteration, and revocation. Katherine MacKenzie, ALRI Legal Counsel and co-counsel on the electronic wills project will provide a summary of ALRI's recommendations governing the creation, alteration and revocation of electronic wills.
