In her role as a Financial Services lawyer, Andrea Willey specializes in representing lenders, creditors, and debtors in complex legal matters. This includes foreclosure, mortgage and security enforcement, priority disputes, debt recovery, unsecured judgment enforcement, and breach of contract disputes. Andrea will present on what she has commonly encountered in her practice as a foreclosure lawyer where real estate lawyers have made mistakes, and what these lawyers can do to prevent these mistakes from being made, ultimately avoiding being sued for negligence.
