
Mediation, Tips, and Strategies

This presentation will consist of tips and strategies for preparing for a mediation. This includes details on what to include/omit in mediation briefs and suggestions for counsel on how to approach mediation. This session should be an excellent opportunity for lawyers that have limited meditation experience, or none at all but should expect to be involved in a mediation soon.
