There are many difficult decisions to be made in obtaining expert evidence. The issues include the need for expert evidence in the first place, to whether the qualifications of your expert are appropriate in the circumstances and to whether your expert resides in the right jurisdiction. This presentation will provide a refresher on the general rules for expert evidence and discuss specific issues that may arise in your cases.
