Sell, HELOC, or CHIP, Which is Right for You?
Presented by the CBA Alberta Elder Law South Section
On Demand. Originally presented on April 11, 2024.
The discussion will be revolving around the concepts of financing for seniors and other clients. Specifically, whether it would be optimum for mortgages or other forms of financing how can he work around qualifying? How can creative approaches assist our senior clients who are often asset rich and cash poor. What is optimal is completely dependent on the individual and their financial situation. Understanding what will be best for the client at that point in time is key to helping the client make an optimal choice with their decision making process.
