Business expansion into the US involves multiple legal issues, but some of the more important considerations include tax and corporate structuring. This presentation will highlight differences in Canadian and US corporate structures, the tipping point for taxation in the US, and common pitfalls in corporate structuring that arise when advice is only obtained on one side of the border.
