
Water Law and the Drought

Professor David Percy, who researches and teaches extensively in energy law and water law and is author of The Framework of Water Rights Legislation in Canada, as well as books on wetlands and groundwater, will speak on the implications of the recent drought conditions in Alberta. He will discuss the impact of the drought on water law generally, as well as the associated administrative procedures and processes, and what to expect in the future.
