Discussion on the Business Corporations Act (Alberta)

This will be a general discussion on the roles and responsibilities of Officers, Directors and Shareholders under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta), as well as the importance of having a unanimous shareholders agreement in place, followed by a brief discussion on reorganizations.
