Our presentation will give an overview of the Access and Privacy program at The City of Calgary, what are the services we provide, and how does The City of Calgary espouses openness and transparency through access and privacy. We will also discuss how a FOIP request is processed at a Corporation the size of The City. And the legal issues that we encounter.
