A View from the Safety Codes Council: A Discussion on Codes Appeals in Alberta

Jordyn Dryden, Corporate Counsel at the Safety Codes Council, will be joining us to share insights from the “SCC”. The Alberta Safety Codes Council hears appeals taken under the Safety Codes Act, including Building Code and Fire Code appeals. Jordyn will discuss practices and appeals under the Safety Codes Act, trends and emerging issues, and best practices for legal counsel appearing before this tribunal.
