An Introduction and Update to the Canada Labour Code
Presented by the CBA Alberta Labour & Employment Law North Section
On Demand. Originally presented on October 23, 2023.
Join us for an informative presentation of the Canada Labour Code. As employer-side counsel or as employee-side counsel most lawyers will encourage a situation in which the Canada Labour code applies. As such it is critical to understand the legislation. This section meeting will endeavour to introduce participants to the Canada Labour Code, and/or provide an update on the legislation and recent changes to those already acquainted with the legislation.
