The dispute resolution process available under the Insurance Act is meant to encourage parties to engage non-judicial mechanisms to help them resolve certain aspects of a dispute quickly and cost-effectively and the use of dispute resolution, whether triggered by the insurer or the insured, is on the rise. Learn more about the dispute resolution process and how best to use it to assist your clients with quantifying their claims, while avoiding some of the common pitfalls that can derail the dispute resolution process.
