
Technology and Legal Tech – Innovation in the Practice of Immigration Law
Rui Chen is an immigration lawyer by background and the Chief Technology Officer of TalentLift Canada, an organization helping employers source and relocate talent from within refugee populations. He was recently appointed as an advisor to the Law Society of Ontario’s innovation sandbox, a five-year project to explore innovative approaches to legal services delivery. He has a wealth of experience developing and using technology for immigration practice and is well versed in current developments in legal tech.
