Join us for an open discussion with Retired Justice Alan Macleod, who served on the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (as it then was) from 2005 until his retirement in 2022. Throughout his long and distinguished judicial career, Retired Justice Macleod had significant experience with personal injury and medical malpractice trials, as well as other health-law-related matters. Justice Macleod will discuss this experience, provide his advice to litigators practicing in the area of health law and civil litigation in general, and answer questions.
