This presentation will provide a comprehensive review of environmental risk, liability, and due diligence with a focus on managing expectations and costs throughout the process. The complete management life cycle of environmental risk will be discussed in a step-by-step manner from the initial site audit and liability assessment, through to the remediation and reclamation of a contaminated site. Several eye-opening case studies will also be presented to allow the audience to understand the realities of environmental risk and liability.
