The Coming Wave: Climate-related Disclosure

There is a wave of regulatory guidance on climate-related disclosure that will be brought into force in 2023. The changes occurring in securities law, financial services law, and accounting standards will likely require business lawyers to seek the assistance of environmental lawyers in navigating these new challenges. This talk will offer an update on what to expect in the coming year.
