Justice Davis from the Court of Justice, Crown Prosecutor Janice Walsh, and Youth Criminal Defence Lawyer Vig Pillai will be sharing their views and experiences on the Intersection between Youth Criminal Law and Child Protection Law. The presentation will include a discussion on information sharing, the role of child protection matters in youth criminal proceedings, and consideration of the best interests of the child.
