After 2 years of implementation, we will examine the challenges lawyers, advocates, and communities have had with Bill C92 and how they succeeded. Bill C92 has made it to the SCC, what does that mean for lawyers, advocates, and communities? How can we advocate for the best interest of an Indigenous child and respect Indigenous communities' sovereignty.
