Presented by the CBA Alberta Criminal Justice North Section
On Demand. Originally presented on December 19, 2023.

This presentation will outline the new SOIRA regime: when registration is automatic, when it is discretionary (and how exemption applications should be made), and for how long an offender should be registered.
