Developments in Class Action Proceedings in Alberta

Please join us for a panel consisting of Kajal Ervin, Gavin Price, Robyn Graham, and Will Katz, of JSS Barristers, who will present on and discuss developments in class action proceedings in Alberta.  Topics will include: (1) the state of the law on certification of class proceedings, (2) where Alberta fits into the national landscape in terms of being a commencement jurisdiction, (3) possible legislative reforms, and (4) recent cases of note, including recent class proceedings in privacy law.
