
Privacy Dark Patterns: A Case for Regulatory Reform in Canada
Using a comparative approach, our speaker will present the case for regulatory reform of Canada's privacy legislation to deal with dark patterns on the web by corporations and other data users to manipulate and deceive users and their behaviours online. Mr. Ademola Adeyoju's is the 2022 winner of the CBA's National Privacy and Access Law Section's essay contest winner.
