Update on Legal Defense Fund Initiatives from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM)

Stéphane will be joining us from Ottawa to discuss the various Legal Defense Fund cases in which the FCM is involved, including interventions in high-profile municipal law cases and advocacy in support of municipal causes. Stéphane is an experienced municipa lawyer and form Ottawa City Councillor, and we are privileged to have him share his expertise (and experience) with the Northern Alberta Municipal Law Section.
