The new prompt payment legislative changes with respect to builders' liens is of interest to legal practitioners involved in both construction law and municipal law matters. This joint session, which features Curtis Woollard from Service Alberta and potentially other colleagues of his who worked on this new legislation, will offer insight into these changes which have just come into effect.
