Please join us as we review typical self-help remedies available to both owners and contractors under a construction agreement.  We will review negotiation and drafting considerations, in addition to practical and strategic considerations for both owners and contractors as they consider whether to invoke self-help remedies, including suspension of work, withholding of payment, back charges, withholding of contractor documents, and other self-help remedies.
